A (neuro)Different Approach
Looking for a therapist who gets you? I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist, committed to helping my community access quality affirming care. I have a combined five years of mental health experience working with clients of all ages to address common mental health concerns, trauma, as well as queer and neurodiverse issues. Additionally, as a therapist with lived experience I can relate to clients on a deeper level, beyond clinical understanding. You deserve to feel seen, supported, and respected. Together, we’ll create a safe, collaborative space where you can discover your resilience, cultivate self-compassion, and develop the tools you need to reach your goals. Whether you are struggling with issues like severe burnout or simply need an unbiased source of support, I am here to help. I have immediate availability! Simply text, call, email, or click to schedule.
My counseling approach is centered around you! That’s why it’s called Person-Centered! My approach is additionally grounded in evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and incorporates strength-based and somatic techniques to help clients connect with their bodies and emotions in a compassionate way. This approach is extremely effective for a range of common mental health concerns like anxiety and depression, neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism), substance dependence, and self injury. Additionally, I counsel from an Intersectional Feminist and a Health At Every Size framework.
Finding the right fit is extremely important, which is why I offer a free consultation call. This gives us an opportunity to get to know each other better, answer questions, discuss rates, and schedule your first appointment. If we aren’t a good fit, I will help you connect with someone who can better meet your needs. I’m excited to meet you soon!
